Refund Policy and Procedures
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to define the refund guidelines for all prospective participants and provide information prior to enrolment or the commencement of training and/or assessment either directly or through a third party as required by clause 5.3 in the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015. This policy will also provide the guidelines as to how Train N Trade protects prepaid fees paid by learners in accordance to standard 7.3 of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
