| Materials Fee | $250 per qualification | Materials fee is payable during enrolment of a course. Materials will be ordered seven (7) days prior to the commencement of any scheduled course. | |
| Re-assessment where a candidate received a ‘Not Yet Competent’ | $50 per unit of competency | Re-assessments that are conducted during the nominal hours of the training and assessment of a unit of competency is excluded from this fee. Re-assessment fee is only applicable after the completion of training and assessment for each unit of competency where student’s result is finalised as ‘Not Yet Competent’. | |
| Re-sit of a unit of competency where a candidate received a ‘Not Yet Competent’ due to absenteeism | $1,000 | Student will be re-enrolled to the unit of competency and complete the required nominal hours. If the absenteeism occurred due to compassionate and compelling circumstances, the re-sit fee may be waived upon enrolment. | |

$350 plus $35 GST for the first four hours (or part thereof). Subsequent hours billed at a rate of $125 per hour plus $12.50 GST (or part thereof). It is common for many disputes to be resolved within the initial four hour allocation. | |
